Agoge Spirit Quest will immerse you in a hands on, outdoor learning environment. Groups of six students will be guided through a unique, three day experience combining strength and conditioning, basic self defense, and basic wilderness survival training. For those three days, you will live and learn as a backcountry group, experiencing in real time what most only watch on television.
Youth Groups, Corporate Team Builders, Thrill Seekers, Man or Woman, Young or Old, Experienced or Inexperienced, Agoge Spirit Quest is open to all.
Agoge Spirit Quest provides guiding, instruction, equipment, and meals. Students bring only their clothing and a determination to learn.

A unique and fast paced program combining elements of yoga and meditative breathing, Mixed Martial Arts, and U.S. Special Forces Workouts. Designed not only to promote healthy breathing, flexibility, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance, but to convey functional and universal routines that can be performed anywhere at anytime.
A basic introduction to wilderness survival. Learn to build and use your own survival kit, and understand the basic techniques to address fire building, shelter building, food and water procurement, navigation, and self rescue. Begin to learn to find primitive and natural solutions to survival situations in the event that you find yourself trapped without resources.
An introductory instructional on basic methods of self defense in day to day confrontations. Learn to defend yourself in situations ranging from common assailants to armed attackers, and lay the foundation for a calm, confident mindset that is ready and able to handle anything life may throw at you.
